Mother,

I know how often I took you for granted when I was growing up,
You were always there for me ,,
And I have always assumed you would be there whenever I need you.
You were,,
But I've never really thought what it meant at heart,
Till I got older and began to realize how often your time and energy were devoted to me.
You taught me strength and you gave me guidance,,
Whenever faith was gone you were there to find it,,
And all because a mother's love is unconditional.
You have given me life and I want you to know,,
That you're the reason I'm here ,,
And I wouldn't trade you for anything we shared and nothing can compare.
So now, for all the times I missed and didn't say it before,,
