Mortified, certified.

Have you ever wondered which hurts the most: saying something and wishing you had not, or saying nothing, and wishing you had?

I think everyone has a certain part of their lives where they truly wish they could freeze time. Whether it was three years ago, today, or still to come, whether it was just a moment, a whole day, or a whole summer. Everyone has a time in their life where they wish everything would just stop. The world would stop turning and people would stop changing because to them, at that time, everything was perfect.
Don't be so damn hard on yourself. Yeah, you screwed up. You’re not perfect, fine. Learn from it. But don’t punish yourself. Be kind to you, even when you screw up. You’ll bounce back eventually. You’ll make up for it. I know I will. Chins up!

Crucification.

Blergh, think I care?

Midwest skies and sleepless Sundays.

The saddest thing in life, is caring so much for someone and then one day you look into their eyes and listen to them talk and realize that they are gone. All you see in front of you is a stranger with just a known name.

Ouch. Major pain. I'm labeling self as strong and I'm pitying you.

White Arrows.

Two weeks down and I'm claiming myself a survivor.

Confused facial expressions, daily figures frolicking, growing love affair of lithe and scientific calculator, jittery body parts. Ahh, in with the amplitude of calm, revival of slothliness, to be honest.
What's not new : The sempiternal fear of numbers I can't dissociate. Wait. That was yesterday. Not anymore. Marks penned red isn't a pleasurable experience unless the name was called up for top scores. (What's this? a dildo slogan?) I don't know. It's like this vast, vacuous space inside my head when it comes to numbers. In a good way. If you can see what I'm trying to portray.
Whatever else in the world : (i) Summer holiday plans : Perhentian has now been flick switched to Kapas. Whatever it is, beaching is a must. Even with the predicted forthcoming awkward mix blend of families, friends, cousins and new friends. How scandalous. Can't wait. (ii) Important, food consumption. Good food, I summon thee. Plan in mind for coming week, escapism in Kuantan. Yes, I see good food waving and halos appearing.
What I terribly miss : (i) Trailing parading around malls with good friends who laugh about everything and anything together. (ii) Good food. Mentioned above as important. Need I say more? (iii) Streaming beloved series with trans-fat on the sidelines. (iv) Peaceful sleeping without mosquito wavering invading privacy. Current state of being invaded vaguely leaving love bites and what nots. I loathe. (v) Cinema spamming. Good movies are splurging out in line in the mean time when I'm being slaved and isolated in this island. That's it. I've had it. You wait till I come back. You...@$#%. *inhale, exhale*
All that's left now are gunpowder and handmade pipe bombs. I kid. I half-kid. Status of humor inclusion remains vague. Elsewhere, normality descends. Geez. Untill we meet again.

Straight flush.

An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind!

I am writing. I am typing out this as I size up my skin for the cold water that has covered it. It runs down, sending my spine some nerve wrecking shower. One step out onto the parquet floors, a jump from being cold forever. I then forget what I actually wanted to say. Or maybe there's too much to say that writing it down might possibly drive the human further away and out. I blame riddles. To ponder is to be tortured. Now, scramp you! Shoo.

I feel like scrambling a human. Hurm. Tasty.

Never ever.

A little slot of emotional rant coming through. Bear with it or clear it, wit!

I figured a quarter of half of a puzzle. I’m reckless. Indecisive. A mess in general. Never know what I want. Don’t know when I will know what I want. Waiting would’ve been.. stupid.

Let's change that into past tense shall we? I was reckless. Indecisive. A mess in general. Did not know what I want. Did not know when I will know what I want. Waiting was.. stupid.
Yes yes yes! Put them in a bottle and spin it around, kick it hard, and leave with dignity. *emo switch turned off*

See the knife and fork?
I'm okay! *shouts*

Devandra Banhart.

Let's see. This lithe managed to hog the broadband again from dear roommate who has just slipped in into the comatose mode and left the broadband unused, unwanted and unaccompanied. Here I am, entertaining self dear broadband as of late by out lashing the raging urge of scribbling in this bloody thing called blog.
Weekend was a norm. Hoping for something more adventurous to come in the mean time of being a Terengganuian. All round entertainment are welcomed. It's worrying me how this is starting to affect me deeply. Oh darn.
Righteous. It's Sunday tomorrow. The beginning of week two. Numbers, let's be good friends shall we? As for you lads and lasses out there. Have fun having fun. Heh. Shalom.

Side note : Mother dear, do update your facebook with photos of your latest Langkawi trip will you. I bet you had a blast. Although I swear it will be blaster than blast if I was included. Brr.

Bleh.

To love is an awfully big adventure. Holding anger is a poison. It eats you from inside. I think that by hating someone I hurt them. But hatred is a curved blade, and the harm one does to others, one also does to one selves.

I like the fact that you talk incessantly. I got a thing for assholes who tell good stories.
— Ani Difranco

PS, I'm sorry for my inability to let unimportant things go, for my inability to hold on to the important things. Most of all, I'm sorry you're you. Ouch. Mercy.

Updates from the beach.

Ugh, not gone. It's the long-lost loved cycle: coffee grounds at midnight, Accounting bibles, calculators, highlighters, Post-its, random moments of self-decapitation contemplations.. 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, 5 weeks to kill. BRING IT ON.

I am surviving on little perks-- chewing gum at 4pm (thanks!). The good, the bad, the fug.. drinkin' it all in. First off, week one has been pretty live-able. Has spent and will spend days here by turning self into a super major huge nerd day by day. Sitting at the front row in class, not talking in class, not texting in class, not making jokes in class, frolicking with em bibles right after class finishes, that nerdier than nerd nerd, is-so-not-me. Fret not, I reckon there is still me deep underneath. Dig hard people. But miraculously I survived through the eerie atrocious premise in Terengganu which resembles an old abandoned chalet with streaks of mini beach mosquito (that's what they call it apparently?), along side with the difficulties of finding good food (I'm going skinny, no choice, no doubt) and to transport self around places that chills the mind off stuffs. Recovered after hours of indulging self with movies that bring self into a tiny scent of home. And, the broadband renting which connects self with the e-world (Kindly insert praises to god).

One week down, 4 more to go. Hang in there mate!
Side note : (i) Mother, good food, good friends, good places, I terribly miss! (ii) Perhentian oi. Tak kire oi. Make it happen oi.

Hiatus.

The worst thing the truth can do? Is when you finally tell it, it doesn't set you free... but locks you away, forever.

Hakunamatata, it means no worries.

This lithe will be officially away for education slavery as of this moment.

Fingers crossed! Shalom.

Voyage.

Don't take life too seriously. You'll never get out alive.

Hi, it's me again. Sometimes I wonder if anything’s absolute anymore. Is there still right and wrong? Good and bad? Truth and lies? Or is everything negotiable, left to interpretation. Sometimes we’re forced to bend the truth, transform it, cause we’re faced with things that are not of our own making. And sometimes things simply catch up to us.

Side Note : Dear Cow, you're going to be alright. YES, YOU ARE.

Generating Full Resolution Completion.

Get back up, strike it hard, take 'em down.

Men and I.

It's amazing how my brain is starting to warm up to itself as of this moment. It's as if it knows it has to be routed for good starting from now. A lot of thinking have been done. As to how I pictured my life to be, what do I have to do to put self in the picture, which leads to arranging my priorities in a whole symmetrical synchronized level. But still, it doesn't stop this lithe from engaging in harmless wishful thinking.
The question in life is not whether you get knocked down or not. You will. The question is, are you ready to get back up, and fight for what you believe. Uh-huh. Deep in'it? I portray this life as mine. I take the power to choose what I want to do and do it well. I take the power to love what I want in life and love it honestly. I take the power to walk in the forest and be part of a nature. I take the power to control my own life. No one else can do that for me. I take the power to make my life happy. It is I. Not you, or you, or you.
EVERY PASSING MINUTE IS A CHANCE TO TURN IT ALL AROUND. World, watch out, I'm coming.

Nega posi tot.

Don't get mad, get in.

If you have been rejected many times in your life, then one more rejection isn't going to make much difference. If you're rejected, don't automatically assume it's your fault. The other person may have several reasons for not doing what was asked to. None of it may have anything to do with you. Perhaps the person is busy or not feeling well or genuinely not interested in spending time with you. Rejections are part of everyday life. Don't let them bother you. Keep reaching out to others. When you begin to receive positive responses, then you are on the right track, It's all a matter of numbers. Count the positive responses and forget about rejections. Keep on telling yourself that and I'll do the same. Right.

Get rid of the negathoughts and cheers cheers to the posithoughts!

Kisses baby!

This is freaking adorable. I feel like pinching the little girl hard! Like reeeeal hard!

Sound the trumpets, strumpets.

They say every action has an equal and opposite reaction, and once something is set on motion, it can't help up to build a momentum.

Some endings take a long time to reveal themselves. But when they do, they're almost too easy to ignore. Some beginnings start so quietly, you don't even notice they're happening. But most endings come when you least expect them. And what they portend is darker than you've ever imagined. Not all beginnings are cause for celebration. A lot of bad things begin, fights, flu season and the worst thing of all... Want to be starting something?
Okay. Back to business. Rolling in catholic numeric, it will be. (i) Tuesday : Paraded in Mid again for the second time in a row with Lad A. Well, what can I say, it's the easiest and the closest one I'm able to ORB to without hassling much in switching automotive and taking two, three different ones to get to one place and stuffs. I say we invent a swift, simple, easy public transportation to ship selves to secluded areas like OU or Curves. Heh. Well, this coming from a girl who can't drive in town without mother's supervision. Whatdyaknow. (ii) Two things majored on that day. Cinematic pleasure of Power Kids that got us served with plates of laughter. (Those kids were darn adorable!) And, I have successfully adopted a purple hand bag. Like finally. Mother reckoned it's a little bit expensive to be splurged on though. However, word is, budget will be replaced with my coming soon so-called-salary. Fret not mother. (iii) Wednesday, good food aboard. Petaling Street's Ipoh Hor Fun with mother dear. Hurm. What's not to love? Moving on, McDonald's with Lass I in Shah Alam. Payed a little visit, exchanged gossips, stalked through the famous to-stalk-list, lastly, notes collecting. Yes, main purpose of visit indeed. Books, notes, come to mama. (iv) Another not-so-cinematic cinematic pleasure. Mind my idioticness. Gossip girl galore of episode 22 and 23. Geez. The season is coming to an end and I'd be buried under workloads in Ganu in the mean time with no net access to satisfy self with suspense story plot and the sight of sexy men and women of the Upper East Side. Damn. (v) And oh, why does all the good movies will be released only in June? June, read : Adlynn in Ganu. Damn damn damn. Right, enough with the unpleasant curses. *inhale, exhale*

Look out sunshine!

Si?

Maybe, just maybe, our girlfriends are our soulmates and guys are just people to have fun with? ;)

It is, isn't it?

If you limit your choices only to what seems possible or reasonable, you disconnect yourself from what you truly want, and all that is left is a compromise.

I'm so afraid because I am so profoundly happy. Happiness like this is frightening. They only let you be this happy if they are preparing to take something from you.
I understand feeling as small and as insignificant as humanly possible. And how it can actually ache in places you didn’t know you had inside you. And it doesn’t matter how many new haircuts you get, or gyms you join, or how many glasses of chardonnay you drink with your girlfriends… you still go to bed every night going over every detail and wonder what you did wrong or how you could have misunderstood. And how in the hell for that brief moment you could think that you were that happy. And sometimes, you can even convince yourself that he’ll see the light and show up at your door. And after all that, however long all that may be, you’ll go somewhere new. And you’ll meet people who make you feel worthwhile again. And little pieces of your soul will finally come back. And all that fuzzy stuff, those years of your life that you wasted, that will eventually begin to fade.
Riddles, fiddles, it never end. Geez!

Spotless mind.

And everything will get better if I stay far for awhile.
And I'll find another way to be happy one day.
And everything will get better if I hold on for a while.
Where the sea will eventually comes and sweeps me away from here.

You know what sucks?
I just do not understand how we can go from hanging out every weekend, having text fests to completely ignoring my existence.
I wish you wouldn’t.

Fret not, my days will come.
Hush darling, cheers baby!

No more words left. Shalom.

Duo Shmirthdays.

Praises lord.

Oh, the almost.. A duo or trio of days left, and after that cheeky education slavery begins by all means. I'm heading down all I can. No time to fool around kiddo. Yes. You know I'm extra jubilant when it comes to acing papers. And how melodramatic and melotragictic I can turn into once it all goes sideways. It's only a matter of time before I burst into a fit of cusses. Reason why? Easy. Insulted by such vulgar comments from another Devil cunt. No, I kid. There is no Devil cunt. There is only the darkest side of me when it comes to education pressure. Right. Pardon me while I mass produce laughter.
Good news over bad : Celebrated Lass M's post 19th birthday and Lass W's pre 20th birthday. Good old Kenny Rogers was picked as le spot. (Abang Kenny, you suck. Penat bagi signal, tak paham paham. Heh. Mule mule bukan main 'tau, tau'.) Anyway, surprised birthday cake surfaced as planned though it took slightly longer to surface and we were all stuffed with a quarter of chicken to be pushing the cakes down the throat. Cinematic pleasure : Friday the 13th. Got Lass W vibrating all over the place chasing the fears and suspensions away. How cute! All in all, birthday girls were celebrated and I'm pretty content. And oh, Lad A, thanks for being the tripod of the day. You rock big time!
Lass W and Lass M :)

And oh,
HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY TO YOU TOO,,

Nadiah Diyana Tan Abdullah

Mother,

I know how often I took you for granted when I was growing up,
You were always there for me ,,
And I have always assumed you would be there whenever I need you.
You were,,
But I've never really thought what it meant at heart,
Till I got older and began to realize how often your time and energy were devoted to me.
You taught me strength and you gave me guidance,,
Whenever faith was gone you were there to find it,,
And all because a mother's love is unconditional.
You have given me life and I want you to know,,
That you're the reason I'm here ,,
And I wouldn't trade you for anything we shared and nothing can compare.
So now, for all the times I missed and didn't say it before,,
Thank you very much and I love you bloody much, mother.

Happy Mother's Day. I LOVE YOU MOTHER.

Mirrlea Diyana, 6, Loves Mum.
Dinie Diyana, 12, Loves Mum.
Adlynn Diyana, 20, Loves Mum.
Ahmad Kamal, 47, Loves Mum.
We love our Mum.

With all my heart and soul, I want to let you know,, that I would never place anyone above you.

Bananarama.

For pleasure and pain.

I'm half charmed, half intoxicated. The latter being.. these lean fingers have wrapped the monochrome honey stars jar six times too many. And now I ran out of it. Damn. Jobless at stake? You bet! Rich, noir. Love in the form of consciousness-- which I lack thereof.
What God blessed : This wonderful mother of mine. It ain't no surprise how it's once more, the demon witching hour, and I can't get my self-proclaimed sexy self off the norm idea of this poor lithe desiring to surprise mother dear. What I came up with : A huge mounting board size 110% hand made Mother's Day card. And I somehow managed to make father dear part of the plan. AMAZING! Ta-daa. The idea of hanging it on my neck and parading around the mall with mother dear beside me did cross my mind though. Problem is, lavish plan as of celebrating Mother's Day might be at high risk of being revoked. Heh. Oh well. Undoubtedly. And perhaps, unconsciously, too, I hope something lavish to be stoked about will pop out tomorrow. Mother dear, hope you love it anyway. Love you a thousand red skittles. XOXOXOXOXO.

Man. I am asymmetrically divided.
The colors I used weren't exactly my A-list. Yet, this will do I guess.
Goodness. I miss doodling and coloring. Heh.
So called Words of Wisdom by Adlyn Diyana.
This one's by Mirrlea Diyana, 6. :)
See those drawings? Yeah, she drew 'em herself.
And this one's by Dinie Diyana, 12. :)
She described mother as an octopus with 8 hands who's able to multitask incredibly? Gee. What a metaphor sister dear.
That, is Carmal (It's Kamal actually yet we're used to spelling it that way. Glamorer, no?)
My father dear. Pleaded him to participate. It's not easy to fork out a smile from him I tell you. Footballer slash Superbiker. Daddy cool, righteous.
The so-called-20 years old's-masterpiece.
I know, I know, I'm not artist. Heh.
But it's 110% handmade though. :)

All in all, you rock ass mother!

Stop staring, start gearing.

He buzzes like a fridge, he's like a detuned radio.

He was like a beam of light or a star so bright from afar that blinded me right in the moment of the glimpse that I've caught unexpectedly, almost like a pretense but something so close to perfection. I'm lusting bashfully in my own shadow, in an empty corner, though I know I cannot get that far. This doesn't seem to make any sense at all. Only that I liked it a hell lot.

And so, she wonders.

Wonder girl, do you know what you're thinking?

Orgasmic heat.

I wish to employ magical thinking. Hmm.

Mini Malacca trip with le familia was an average yet an awe.
*Note to self, lose the baby fats.*

Full fledged homme-love. Amused, enthralled. Intersession has been successfully nailed, future study plan has been neatly secured. 16th May and I'm off to Terengganu for good. Nah, wait, not for that type of good obviously. For good as in good that I am finally frolicking with dearest Accounting Bibles again. What's in for semester 5? Single handedly juggling 7 subjects that is. Righteous.

I am so transforming self into a scantily clad lithe underneath thick glasses with piles of study bibles wherever I go. It seems like a scene involving a lot of fatiqueness at first. Demure chaos after a little two. But I believe magic will work its way around subsequently, or if not haphazardly? Heh.
Splash urges : (i) I am in dire need to adopt a cute non-grotesque bag to eliminate the three years old hanging on a thread black bag of mine. Bijou, where art thou? (ii) New hairdo in consideration. Lass reckons her current hairstyle is getting old. Geez.

Ps, mediocrity rule. Haven't you heard?

Alex Karras.

They say you won't be happy with more until you're happy with what you've got.

It takes more courage to reveal insecurities than to hide them, more strength to relate to people than to dominate them, more ‘manhood’ to abide by thought-out principles rather than blind reflex. Toughness is in the soul and spirit, not in muscles and an immature mind.

Man, I need to tough up!

World Halal Forum '09

Repertoire of a repercussion.

In roman numbers it will be : (i) Slept over at Lass A's on Saturday. (ii) Entertained selves with lunch in Chilli's and Wolverine as a celebration of the beginning of escapism. (Ps, major thanks to Lad A for forking out a great amount of money for the lunch) (iii) Char Kuey Teow and Chicken Wings at NZ Corner for dinner along side with Lad A, Lad A's sister, and Lad N (finally we meet?) (iv) Day ended with sleepover movie of the day - Drive Me Crazy whilst accompanying Lass A frocklicking with her Economic Bible. (iv) The ushering job Lass A's took turned out to be out of hands and I offered mine in return for a good old compensation in trade and of kebaya wearing and feet torturing with heels for the two days event. Heels and I don't go hand in hand apparently. *sigh* I need to practice hard. Heh. (v) Sunday, World Halal Forum's rehearsal. (vi) Day ended with the sleeppover's routine consisting movies and frolicking session. (vii) Monday, the event begin. Tiring day indeed. Minor conflict arose at the end of the day yet it's all good. New femme circle was created, fun was had, love overwhelmed, and good old cans of Hot Can Coffee Latte were nicely mugged. *evil laughs* Serve you bloody irresponsible people right! Righteous, I'll keep that to myself. (viii) Tuesday, back to square one. Home sweet home. Hmm.

Manly maidden.

There is always, always, something to be thankful for.

Lad : I may not be the one. But I have all the European charm you'd need.

Lass : Hurm. Are you sure about that?

Lad : That's the thing, affirmation isn't needed, a glance at me would be sufficient. *wink*

***paused to laugh and roll on the floor***

Lass : Hurmm. I have had too many unhealthy glances over the invisible love crime that it byproducted in pitiless emotions that I am now partially blinded by.

Lad : That veil over your eyes is easily taken away, all you need is feed your emotions of hopeful interventions. *smiles*

Lass : Hopeful interventions don't help much in my case apparently. I need a good dose of escapism. *grins*

Lad : To escape is just to run into another, let it be problem, or emotions. To deal with , is the solution. Either you show your deck, or back out of it. No ifs, it's either you do or you won't.

Question, how do you always work your ways with your words around me?

Lass : Fine. You win. But I'm still sticking to escapism. Heh.

Side note : Had a great weekend, updates upcoming soon.

Bloody Fairy.

HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND LADS AND LASSES.
*off for an extreme escapism with lass love*

May-days.

Is it more fun to talk with someone who doesn’t use long, difficult words but rather short, easy words like “What about lunch?"

Isn’t it nice to know that you haven’t yet laughed, all that you’ll laugh? That you haven’t yet met, some of your very best friends? And that you haven’t yet dreamed, all that you’ll manifest? That all bridges will be mended? That all sadness will be healed? And that life never ends? That all of your challenges will be won? That all of your triumphs will be shared? And that the difference you’ll make, has already begun? Well, it is for me, because I also know that if you don’t see these things yet, you will. Could it get any better?

Side note : (i) HAPPY LABOUR DAY YOU SEXY LABOURERS! (ii) Sleepovers at Lass A's tomorrow. Yay!

Bubbly babbles.

Be thankful for what you have; you’ll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have, you will never, ever have enough.

April has come to an end. May has come stepping in. Uh-so, here's the deal. I have two more (plus plus) friggin' weeks left before mother dear send me off to Ganu for education slavery assembly for approx one month. What I have in keep? A scoop of anxiety, two spoons of apprehension, one bowl of enthusiasm, one and half cups of zest, and a massive plate of tense. Indeed. I can't wait to get hands on those accounting bibles yet this thought of handling them with this very very thick layer of rust within me is scaring the hell out of me. Will I be able to ace it? Will I still have what it takes to keep up? Will I pee in my pants with just the thought of it? Right. 'Nuff is enough. A denied penalty it will be.
What have I spun through today : (i) Mid, again. For a quick movie trip with Lad D. Lithe was fasting today, hence, no lunch or whatsoever meal to be put in picture. (ii) Laughed through 'Coming Soon'. Yes, I finally found someone to at least have the guts to watch a horror movie with me. But, there's a but. I ended up laughing throughout most of the scenes as seeing Lad D screams and curses and jumps and shifts sits were extremely entertaining. Gee lad, it was supposed to be horrifying. Now you ruined my perfect moment. Thanks! Anyhow, the movie was a so-so anyway. Still can't find one specific one to scribble in my best horror movie list. (iii) Browsed through the mall in a very short period of time as of the need to rush back home in time. Made fun of lad's super duper lameness and accelerated the KTM back home. Too lazy to drive and decided to take the regular way out instead. And, voila.
How was your Thursday spent?

Talk nerdy to me.

I want to be like that. Nerdy yet purty pretty.
