those were the days.

*my last year of representing convent in athletics ;) eventhough we're all girls, our school was the best in our district oke? ;p

people who really knows me would know that im a sports freak. sheesh.
my sporting career started when i was 10. (cehwah, career, pfft, cannot go!)
well, i started playing basketball for my school when i was standard 4. since i was in chinese school, thats like the only sports that my school was active in. apart from athletics of course.
what type of school that dont have athletics anyway kan? :p i played for school and district in basketball. the same goes for athletics, but back in primary, i was more active in basketball compared to running.

stepping in to secondary, started to slow down in basketball, well since i entered convent, the basketball team there wasnt any good like in chinese school. (convent la katekan, budak skema ramai. err. iyeke? ;p) so then, my interest towards basketball starting to sort-of-fade and i started to 'concentrate' in athletics. it turns out that i run pretty fast actually. lols. been representing selangor since 14 until i finish school. and even represented malaysia once when i was 15. ;) the experience was awesome i tell you! having to make new friends each time you represent a level was the best part! i lorvee making friends. sheesh. ;p that's not the only best part, and and not forgetting getting freebies! free running vest, free spikes and shoes, free shoe bag, free shirts and tracksuits, free windbreaker, you get what i mean. haha. ;p i also get to travel around places with friends! hee.

i mean like, anyone who knows me would know how my mum is like. super duper strict you-cant-just-go-out-with-your-friends-type of mum. haha. she'll be like an inspector asking me questions each time i tell her im going out with friends. 'pergi mane? dgn sape? kwn mane? laki ke pompuan? naik ape? pukul brape? balik pukul brape?' i know what you're thinking! oh god. i thank you for giving me a concern mum like mine. aamin. sheesh. :p
so, anyway, each time i go for tournament or centralized trainings, i get to sort-of-hangout with friends! WITHOUT my mum bragging n all! yeaay me! lols. ive been to penang, melaka, kedah, kelantan and even singapore with my teammates. awesome or what? hehe.

ouh ouh, talking bout sports freak, i started to play netball as well when i was 15. hee. then represented district je because of too active in athletics. :p n now in uni, im a certified netballer. gaga.*this one pulak is my netball district team ;)

but, those were the days. now am in university. no more awesome sporting days like back in the years. *sobs* although, there are tournaments like KARISMA and all in uni, but, its not the same. still, whatever it is, me and sports are in-separate-able. haha. what a language!
